中国青年网北京3月3日电 3月3日下午，全国人大代表谭晶到云南代表团驻地报到。除了继续在公共场所建立母婴室的建议外，今年，她还建议让儿童安全"五防"课程进入校园，即在防范自然灾害和意外伤害的基础上，增加关于防范性侵(包括猥亵男童)、拐卖、校园暴力等重大恶性现实安全方面教育教学的内容，由专业的课程教师结合大纲、教材和现实案例进行授课，提高儿童识别风险和自我保护的能力，最大限度地主动降低侵害的发生。
另据中国日报报道，第十二届全国人大五次会议即将开幕，云南团代表、歌唱家谭晶在接受中国日报采访时表示，她已自主择业，不再是军人身份。本次大会她将再提设立"公共场所母婴室"的建议。去年，她以全国人大解放军团代表的身份提出了在城市公共场所建设和普及标准化母婴室的建议。
